Red Road’s vision is to help create and support healthy environments for individuals, families, organizations and communities. As part of this process Tribal leaders, staff and administration will have more balance in their lives and will be transformed so each individual, organization or community can fulfill their potential and help their organization and/or community fulfill their vision.

Red Road Leadership is a Native American consulting and training firm that has been conducting training for Native American Tribes, Indian organizations, non-profits and government agencies such as the BIA and IHS for the last 25 years. During this time the firm has trained over 10,000 employees and provided consultation to a number of Tribal organizations and agencies in the continental United States, Alaska and in Canada.

When you hire Red Road to work with your organization you can be assured that you will receive the best expertise that is available to meet the needs of your program. Red Road will also make themselves available for follow-up to make sure that the training has provided  desired outcomes.

Another service provided is that Red Road can custom design the training to meet your specific needs. Any of the described trainings can be adapted and or combined to ensure that you are addressing your issues. The training format will be interactive and there will be an emphasis on upgrading the skills of your staff. Also, Red Road trainers use Indian humor and they draw upon the cultural traditions of many Tribal traditions as they teach the material.
